Smart Contractor automatically shares customers, vendors, employees, the chart of accounts, and all accounting transaction data, including job deposits, bills, checks, credit card purchases, cash purchases, labor hour time sheets, invoices, and payment receipts.

QuickBooks data can be updated in real time, or in batch mode.

You can integrate with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, or Enterprise; and all versions for the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.


RS Means Cost Data

You can easily create job templates and estimates using RSMeans cost data. Your cost data will not change in active jobs when you receive a cost data update.
